Mrs. Cindy Monroe and Mrs. Andrea Tolley (7th grade language arts) collaborated with Mrs. Amanda Gricunas (art) to prepare students for an upcoming field trip to Barter Theatre to watch Frankenstein. Students were challenged to work in teams to author an adjective-rich narrative about a variety of masks and complete story boards using the Frankenstein plot. Mrs. Gricunas shared an original Dr. Frankenstein's monster mask worn by Greeneville native, Eugene Wolfe, who will have a role in the upcoming play the students will attend October 27th. The project was aptly named "Mask Chaos" in the spirit of the season and upcoming planned theatre experience.
