H1N1 Immunization Clinic to be provided by Local Health Department

Greeneville City Schools and the Greene County Health Department are currently working together to set up an H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for our students. Students must have written parental consent to participate in this vaccination clinic.  A date will be established for this clinic as soon a vaccine becomes available.  As soon as we know the vaccine is available, information packets including a consent form will be sent home to parents. You will be notified by School Cast when these forms are sent home with your student.  We are currently hoping that we will be able to provide vaccinations the 1^st week of December.
