Across Greeneville and Greene County, over 90 school buses stop to load or unload over 7,000 students per day. Please keep kids safe by remembering the following points.
21st Century Grant

Over $312,000 Awarded to GCS in 21st Century Grant

The Greeneville City School District was recently awarded a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant. This grant will provide more than $312,000 per year in federal grant funding for the next five years for a total award of $1,560,000.

TVA Partnership Awards Two Greeneville City Schools a STEM Grant

NASHVILLE, Tenn. ― The Tennessee Valley Authority, in partnership with Bicentennial Volunteers Incorporated (a TVA retiree organization), recently awarded Hal Henard Elementary School (HH), $2,500 and Greeneville Middle School (GMS), $5000, for a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education project.
