Online registration, powered by InfoSnap, for the 2018-19 School Year for all new and returning students is available now. A Snapcode is required to use this system. If you have not received a Snapcode, please contact Julie Fannon via email at email@example.com. Please click here to visit the registration page. The system is a secure and environmentally friendly process, which allows GCS to collect all student demographic, emergency and medical information prior to the start of the new school year. The system will also allow families to electronically sign the annual permission forms. In short, this online process replaces all the hard copy student registration and permission forms that you would generally have to fill out prior to starting with our district.
GMS will hold a Registration Blitz on Monday, July 23rd from 8 AM-4 PM. You and your student will fill out forms and pay fees at that time. You may complete the online registration on that day, if you do not have access to the internet at home. If you can complete InfoSnap prior to coming to the Registration Blitz, it will speed up the process quite a bit.
All upcoming 7th grade students must have their Tdap and Varicella booster shots before entering the 7th grade. If you have not done so, please make an appointment with your doctor or the GCHD to receive your shots. GMS must receive proof of these shots on the official state immunization form (provided by your doctor). This must be completed by registration blitz in order for students to receive their schedules.
