How to Open a Support Ticket:
If there is a problem with your computer, please send an email to [email protected].
Please include a brief description of the problem in the subject line. Please include your name in the email!
 
 
Between 8 AM and 4:30 PM on scheduled school days, open a web browser and go to help.gcschools.net.
Choose the green Live Chat option. When asked, please enter your full name. Your email address is NOT REQUIRED.
*Summer hours may vary.
 
If the computer won't connect to the internet or the computer is broken, please email Mrs. Loewenkamp at [email protected] or call us at 639-7841 during normal school hours.
