The Varsity Lady Devils defeated Sullivan East last night, 4-0, to end the regular season with a 9-4 record. Tournament starts Monday!

GMS Athletics: Cross Country
Fenders' Farm Meet Results:
Cross country raced at Fender’s Farm yesterday. The Girls team finished 3rd overall out of 14 teams. Maggie Moore finished 1st out of 163 runners.
The boys team finished 5th out of 18 teams. Mason Boatman finished 5th out of 257 runners.

The Varsity Lady Devils lost to T.A. Dugger 01 to 02.
The JV Lady Devils beat T.A. Dugger 02 to 00.

The GMS Cross Country team competed at the Iron Mountain Invitational on Saturday. Maggie Moore finished 3 and Bethany Knight finished 14 out of 275 runners and Mason Boatman finished 10th and Hayden Church finished 28th out of 332 runners.

Indian Trail snuck a goal in with minutes left on the clock to defeat the Varsity Lady Devils 2-1 last night.

The JV girls took a big 3-0 win over Indian Trail last night.

GMS vs. Indian Trail
The Varsity Devils beat Indian Trail 6-0.
The JV Devils won 28-6.

GMS Athletics: Soccer vs. TN Middle, Sept 10th: The JV Lady Devils drop a 2-0 game to the Lady Vikings. Hadlee Hall had five saves. The Lady Devils fall to TN Middle tonight 4-0. Maddie Jennings had four saves in goal.

The Greene Devils competed in the area, one large school championship yesterday. Maggie Moore came in second overall out of 75 runners.
Mason Bowman came in fourth overall out of 82 runners.
The Greene Devils run at the Iron Mountain invite this Saturday.
Reminder there is no practice today, September 10th!

The cross country team had two outstanding races yesterday. The Girls team took 1st overall and the boys 2nd.
Maggie Moore and Bethany Knight finished 1st and 2nd overall respectively.
Mason Boatman finished 1st overall for the boys.
Next race is Saturday at Fender’s Farm.

Terry Hull Crawford Classic
The GMS Cross Country team had their first meet at the Terry Hull Crawford Classic.
Maggie Moore came in 1st overall in the girls' race out of nearly 100 runners!
She was followed by Bethany Knight in 6th place. The girls team finished in 3rd place out of 9 teams.
Mason Boatman came in 2nd overall for the Boys' race. The boys team finished in 2nd place out of 11 teams.
